The Smooth 7.1HR Pro treadmill is another solid home treadmill by Smooth Fitness. It comes equipped with a powerful 2.75 HP continuous duty motor so it can easily provide efficient power for both walkers and runners.

The Smooth 7.1HR Pro also boasts Smooth’s exclusive Im-Pression shock absorption system to lessen the impact on knees and joints when exercising, has a wireless chest strap heart rate monitor, and features the “touch of a button” power fold. It also has a lifetime warranty on the frame and motor.

The MSRP on the Smooth 7.1 HR Pro is $2497 but is regularly on sale for $1699-$1799 and you pay no sales tax unless you are a resident of Pennsylvania or Indiana.

Good features but this model is a bit long in the tooth. The 6.45 or the 7.6 make more sense to us. Smooth has really done a good job in their lineup when the 7.1 is one of their weaker models.-Treadmill Doctor, Industry Expert

I have several fused vertebrae in my back and a lot of trouble bending over. So the power fold deck has been great and the treadmill is very nice to walk on.
